Introduction

A bachelor degree is the first degree a student can receive in his or her academic career, with the exception of the associate degree. The bachelor degree is sometimes awarded after earning an associate degree, though it is often the first degree that is earned. Whether or not an associate degree can be earned first depends upon the area of study. Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) is an undergraduate degree in computer application awarded in India after completion of three years course. Candidates with 10+2 from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

1Eligibility, admission criteria or any other condition mentioned here in or otherwise for admission to any programme is subject to change as prescribed by the university.

Fee Details

Programme Fee 2 `10400 (per semester)

Examination Fee 3 ` 1250 (per semester)

Study Material Fee 4 ` 1000 (per semester)

2Programme Fee for 1st semester will be payable at the time of admission. Fee for all other semester(s) will be payable as per the schedule prescribed by the university before the start of End Term Exam of corresponding semester/ year.

3Examination fee will be payable along with the programme fee.

4If a student wants to take printed Study Material, then he/ she is required to pay the Study Material fee separately at the time of receiving Study Material.

Payment Mode

For 1st Sem., Demand Draft in favour of “LOVELY FACULTY OF DISTANCE EDUCATION”, payable at JALANDHAR. For subsequent semester(s), the student shall pay the programme and examination fee online through interface available on his/ her LPU e-Connect account. Please DO NOT make payment in cash. The university will not assume liability for any payment made in cash at any place.

Purchase Prospectus and Fill Application Form

Prospectus may be purchased from the Division of Admissions at the university campus or as specified by the university. Student may also download the same from LPU DE website at www.lpude.in.

Applicant has to fill up the Application Form available in the Prospectus.

It is mandatory to fill in all the columns in the Application Form. ‘N.A.’ should be written if any field is not applicable.
